Patti Bounds is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 and currently teaches at Warrenton Yoga and Old Town Athletic Club. She teaches a Vinyasa Flow style approach, uniting the body, breath and mind through a series of postures and movements. She loves to share the practice of yoga in a way that helps students develop their own personal and sustainable practice.She hopes to offer an experience with each class, cultivating steadiness and ease, mindfulness, love and fun!
