Come sweat with us in this Vinyasa style yoga class with special guest instructor Rachael Bussing.
Rachael Bussing, E-RYT 200 has had a personal yoga practice for the past decade and has been sharing yoga with others for 5 years. With a sense of humor and adveture she invites students to explore thier physical abilities while maintaining a sense of mindfulness through each movement. Each of Rachael's classes give students an oppurtunity to quiet the fluctuations of a busy mind and cultivate a calm awareness of thier Self.
This class will be taught to ALL-LEVELS, so beginners and experienced yogis are welcome!
