We’re a group of hard-working craft beer enthusiasts with a shared love of our community and the environment.  We try not to take ourselves too seriously—except when it comes to brewing some seriously delicious beer.

Want to join our team? Check out our current job openings below.

Old Bust Head Brewing Company is currently seeking outgoing beer enthusiasts to represent our brand at a variety of off-premise samplings. We are looking for Brand Ambassadors in all markets, including Virginia, Maryland, and DC.

Samplings are generally 3 hours on Friday evenings and mid-morning, early-afternoon on Saturdays and Sundays at these locations: Safeway, Total Wine, Whole Foods and Wegmans. Each sampling pays $60.00 + commission with competitive bonuses. You must be willing to travel within a 20-mile radius. Some beer festivals may require additional travel. Grocery samplings pay $20 per hour and beer festivals pay $10.00 per hour.

If you have a passion for craft beer, want to expand your knowledge about the industry, and enjoy building customer relationships please submit a short paragraph explaining why you would do a great job representing our brand in the marketplace.

Submissions should be emailed to: pat@oldbusthead.com Must be 21 or older to apply.

Interested in joining a social group of volunteers who take pride in packaging quaity beer in their community? The Old Bust Head Brew Crew would love to hear from you.

Brew Crew undertakings include but are not limited to: helping out on the production line on bottling days, assembling case boxes in advance of bottling days, assisting during OBH special events, and unloading and stenciling shiny new kegs on occasion. The Brew Crew generally boxes on Thursday in preparation for a bottling event the following Tuesday, and occasionally run events on Saturdays and holidays so those who can’t make weekday events can also join in the fun. Boxing events generally start at 10:00 a.m. and run for a couple of hours while bottling events start at 9:00 a.m. and usually end by 1:30 p.m. A nice lunch is provided on bottling days. Safety glasses, hearing protection and gloves are provided as needed although many members of the Brew Crew prefer to bring their own gloves. Prior to your first brew crew activity, you will also need to read and sign a volunteer waiver form.

Perks include:  Brew Crew tee shirt, short-fills, lunch on bottling days, First Friday Socials in the Taproom with beer and empolyee discounts, Brew Crew Volunteer Appreciation Dinner, and Brew Crew Christmas Party.

For more information and a schedule of Brew Crew opportunities, contact our OBH Volunteer Coordinator, Steve Herholz at swholtz@comcast.net.
