Key Lime Pie
Imperial Sour
We think you'll enjoy every last sip of our Imperial Gose infused with all the flavors of key lime pie. We kettle-soured Key Lime Pie Imperial Sour with lactobacillus from Greek yogurt, then fermented it with an English ale strain known for New England-style IPAs, adding haze and stone fruit characteristics. Post-fermentation, we blended in key lime puree, plus vanilla and graham cracker extract. The result is a tart, zesty treat filled with the aromas of key lime and vanilla with hints of graham cracker throughout and a dash of salt.
