Pineapple Certain Swagger

A tropical take on our Certain Swagger DIPA we’ve conditioned this small batch on pineapple pure.  We think a little pineapple sweetness combines perfectly with the mango juice flavor and white wine aroma from Certain Swagger’s massive Citra and Hallertau Blanc hop additions.  Pineapple Swagger remains mild and soft-bodied with a smooth, semi-sweet finish—like a  tropical beach vacation in a glass!
