Polarity

Highly crushable, the Cold IPA is not an official style (yet) but is often described as a wester than West Coast IPA. Brewed with lager yeast and a few choice malts, this cold fermented IPA showcases C-hops (Chinook, Cascade, Comet, Centennial). Polarity is clean and perfectly crisp with intense aromas of citrus, pine and resinous notes.
