Come spring Wollam Gardenis full of flowers! It’s a time for celebration!! On Saturday, April 16th, 2022, when our poppies are starting to bloom, Wollam Gardens will hold its first flower festival of the year: Poppystock!!!

But get this: “poppies" sounds like "puppies," so Wollam Gardens is partnering with the Culpeper Humane Society and Miri’s Haven Senior Dog Rescue to host a dog adoption event during the festival!!! Poppies and puppies! Puppies and poppies! Oh, my! Plus, your dog can attend the festival!!!
You can make your own flower crown and a flower collar for your dog! We’ll have live music in the pavilion! Food provided by JuJu’s Indian Cuisine & Sweets, and local craft beer by Old Bust Head Brewery. Stop by our market stand to pick up a t-shirt, houseplant or bouquet. Browse crafts by local artisans. Bob Wollam himself will guide festival goers on a tour of our 11 acre farm!!!
It's going to be a terrific day for a worthy cause— providing forever homes to beings that just want to love and be loved!!! Isn’t that all of us, really!?!?!
