Patti Bounds is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 and currently teaches at OTAC Breathe Yoga and Old Town Athletic Campus. She teaches a Vinyasa Flow style approach, uniting the body, breath, and mind through a series of postures and movements. She loves to share the practice of yoga in a way that helps students develop their own personal and sustainable practice. She hopes to offer an experience with each class, cultivating steadiness and ease, mindfulness, love, and fun!

Come sweat with her and feel the benefits of a stronger body, mind, and spirit! 

This class will be taught to ALL-LEVELS, so beginners and experienced yogis are welcome!
