February 7th Social Yoga on Tap *In-Person & Virtual*

Join us for Social Yoga on Tap Sunday, February 7th from 10:00-11:15 am with Yoga Instructor Patti Bounds.

**This month yoga will be held both IN-PERSON and VIRTUALLY. In-Person Yoga will be held indoors with a 21 person limit to allow for social distancing. We'll have tape markers on the floor so you know where to put your mat! 

Virtual yoga will be held through Zoom. After checkout you will receive an email with instructions on how to join the Zoom meeting! Sign-up for Virtual yoga ends February 5th at 11:59PM.**
 

Patti Bounds is a Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP and currently teaches at OTAC Breathe Yoga and Old Town Athletic Campus. She teaches a Vinyasa Flow style approach, uniting the body, breath, and mind through a series of postures and movements. She loves to share the practice of yoga in a way that helps students develop their own personal and sustainable practice. She hopes to offer an experience with each class, cultivating steadiness and ease, mindfulness, love, and fun!

The class will be taught to ALL-LEVELS, so beginners and experienced yogis are welcome!
