Quiet Week
Greetings!
It's been a quiet week here at OBH.
Our plan to bottle on Tuesday was thwarted by equipment issues. The water pump motor on my centrifuge seized up. Upon disassembly I also discovered a puncture in the water pump air diaphragm. A new pump assembly is being flown in from Sweden, of all places, and should be here Thursday morning. In the mean time we have been installing shelving and trying to organize the warehouse (despite the continuing presence of contractors). Once I get the centrifuge put back together, I plan to filter a tank of Bust Head for bottling next Tuesday, June 3rd. Keep your fingers crossed!
I have never blogged before, so bear with me while I acclimate to this routine. I plan to post something every week or two. Please don't hesitate to send me an e-mail if you have a question that you'd like answered here, if you have a topic suggestion, or if you haven't heard from me in while.
